A bank in downtown Toronto is looking for a Java Developer - 3months to begin and renewable.
The main function of a Developer is to design, develop, and implement applications using Angular, Javascript, Java, SQL, Shell Scripts to support business requirements. Experience with IBM Reference Data Management (RDM) and IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) a bonus.
Job Responsibilities:
• Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications
• Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts

• Assure quality security and compliance requirements are met for supported area

This group deals with reference data management, enterprise reference data. The manager’s team is working with the business creating rules and governance to implement the creation and storage of allowing people to access the reference data to avoid incorrect currency codes. They will be developing front/back end systems that will allow goverance people to approve new products or changes to existing product hierarchy (to ensure they are up to data and be updated easily by the product owner). The Full stack developer should be comfortable in all aspects of frontend and backend development with Angular, JavaScript, Java, SQL, Shell Scripting. IBM RDM and IBM BPM experience a bonus but not required.

| Job Requirements |
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
• 5-7 years experience required
• Development experience in Angular, Javascript, Java, SQL, Shell Scripts
• Experience with IBM Reference Data Management (RDM), IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) a bonus
• Hands on experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of large scale projects from end-to-end
• Hands on experience in following the iterative and agile SDLC
Must Have Skills:
1) 5-7 with Angular and full stack development
2) Angular, JavaScript, Java, SQL, Shell Scripting.
3) IBM RDM and IBM BPM experience a bonus but not required.
4) Reference data highly preferred
5) FI/Banks will be preferred
Degrees or certifications:
• Bachelor's degree or Post-Secondary education
