A bank in Scarborough is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for an 18 month contract. International Technology Services' International Business Solutions & Services group is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to support the integration of the new acquired bank in Dominican Republic into the their bank operations. They will manage and oversee the gap analysis & resolution, requirements, migration or conversion, testing ensuring traceability and consistency. Facilitate integration and communications between teams. They will be responsible for end to end on the multiple work streams. They will not be performing BA functions however will oversee all BA work-streams from international banking, contact centers, online banking, etc. Their will be travel to the Dominican Republic; 1 week trips - possibility for longer during implementation;

Typical Day in the Role
• Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
• Gathers requirements from business units and translates those to programmers and developers
• Prepares cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation
• Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities
• Supports one or more highly complex business processes
• Works on multiple projects as a project team member
• Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs
