Job Requirements |
Must Have Skills:
1) Open to covert to FTE down the line
2) Overall BSA experience – 7+ years overall experience
3) Experience working with OCR (Optical care recognition) or Captiva applications– 3+ years of experience (flexible with amount of years)
4) Agile experience (need to be familiar with agile delivery model for SDLC)– 3+ years of experience
5) Strong communication skills – will be speaking with Stakeholders, Business Partners, Operation Teams, Developers (translating conversations into requirements)
6) Being able to work in a matrix organization and work with competing priorities, will be working with multiple
Additional Notes
- Communication is extremely important (will they be a good fit for the team, culture, environment)
- Manager wants to get to know the candidates during the interviews
- Want the resume to show how exactly they used the required technologies and skills and how it contributed to the outcome of the project– it must be hands on
- Experience must be relevant and recent (within the past 5 years)
- Want someone energetic and ready to move quickly
- Need candidates to start immediately or 2 weeks’ notice max
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Experience in FI
- Experience building On-boarding and services application
- Familiar with mail room operations & document management process
- Prior Bank's experience
- Coding experience (preferably C#, Java or Pega)
- Configuring or optimizing Captiva applications
- Jira & confluence
Degrees or certifications:
