| Job Description |
A bank in Scarborough is seeking a Business Analyst for a 6 month contract renewable.. TheIS&C - Global Security Services is looking for an experienced Spanish Speaking Business Analyst to coordinate the CIA application on-boarding (about 300 applications) onto SailPoint (Logical Access Management) for the Latin American region. The project has already been initiated.
The successful candidate will get the opportunity to work with a very collaborative, supportive and diverse team, while working in a fast paced and challenging work environment. They will also get the chance to extensive exposure and experience with SailPoint.
Typical Day in Role-
• Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
• Gathers requirements from business units and translates those to programmers and developers
• Prepares cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation
• Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities
• Supports one or more highly complex business processes
• Works on multiple projects as a project team member
• Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs

| Job Requirements |
Must Have Skills:
1) 5+ years as a Business Analyst
2) Fluent in Spanish (written & verbal)
3) Data Analytics - Strong Excel skills (flow charts, Visio) – 2+ years
4) Creating BRD & Presentations (PowerPoint & Word) - 2+ years
5) SailPoint Experience (identity & access Management) – 2+ years of experience
Additional Notes:
- Looking for hands on experience with required technology
- Previous bank's experience is a plus – will look at which department they worked in
- Experience must be recent
- Communication skills are extremely important
- Need candidates to be flexible, collaborative and be ready for change, while working in a fast-paced environment
- Want someone who is excited to work with the team
- No job hopping – any short contracts will be questioned during interview
