| Job Description |
A bank in Downtown Toronto is seeking a Senior Developer for a 7 month contract (Renewable). The Commercial Projects is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with end to end hands on experience delivering Salesforce Projects. The Salesforce Developer will be working on the Precision Lender Project which involves rebuilding the commercial banking ecosystem that is working closely with an inflight project (delivering Salesforce CRM into the ecosystem & integrating Ncino into Salesforce).
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn new technologies & be extended for a long-term contract, while working with a welcoming & supportive team.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Backlog grooming
- Attend meetings
- Work closely with Business, Developers & Architect
- Gathers requirements from business units and translates those to programmers and developers
- Prepares cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation
- Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities
- Supports one or more highly complex business processes
- Works on multiple projects as a project team member

| Job Requirements |
Must Have Skills:
1) 5+ years of experience as an end-to-end Software Engineer
2) 5+ years of experience with Salesforce (delivering a Salesforce project, Salesforce development on the front end and integration side (integrating into core banking platform)
3) 5+ years of ETL experience
4) 3+ years of experience working in an Agile environment
5) FI/Banking experience
Will be looking for level of expertise with each required technology – must be hands on & recent
- Software Engineer (experience must be well rounded full stack), Salesforce experience and communication skills are most important
- Ncino experience is a big plus
Soft Skills:
Stellar communications, and organization skills *

- Talend
- Ncino (loan origination/adjudication platform that’s built on Salesforce) – please see additional notes*
Degrees:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
