| Job Description |
A bank in Downtown Toronto (WFH), is seeking 3 Senior Developer for 6-month contracts extendible. (from 8;30 to 4:30). The Global Wealth Management Group is building out a new Organizational Unit that will focus on integration with Salesforce for Commercial Banking processes.
• Project: RTB CRM Group (Soon to be Salesforce Org Unit) is seeking 3 Salesforce developers as they continue the integration to a new Salesforce Org on Salesforce Lightning (on Cloud)
• The successful candidates will have the opportunity to join a collaborative team environment that will be impacting multiple organizational lines within the Bank. Using various techniques and methodologies, the successful candidate will be exposed to new technology in an enterprise environment
Typical Day in Role
• Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
• Gathers requirements from business units and translates those to programmers and developers
• Prepares cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation
• Reading and writing SQL Queries
• Prepares cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation
• Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities
• Supports one or more highly complex business processes
• Works on multiple projects as a project team member
• Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs

| Job Requirements |
Must Have Skills:
1) 5 + years’ Salesforce Development experience,
2) Minimum 1 Recent project with Financial Services Cloud environment
3) 3 + years’ experience working with SOA
4) 2 + years’ working knowledge of Salesforce tools to execute and manage workflow processes at various stages of the SDLC cycle
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Financial services Cloud experience is critical – large insurance, tertiary bank should be fine - NCIO – Credit package on top of salesforce – looking for some experience here
- Knowledge of Oracle Storage Procedures with PL/SQL is a plus
- Salesforce Certifications - Salesforce Admin Certification is a huge plus and will be prioritized*
Degrees or certifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
Additional Notes
- Financial services Cloud experience is critical – large insurance, tertiary bank should be fine – but Telcos / marketing cloud the skillset won’t be the best fit for this market
- NCIO – Credit package on top of salesforce – looking for some experience here
