| Job Requirements |
Required Qualifications:
• Experience with Fixed Income trading applications and familiarity with the business process flows
• Experience working on a trading floor supporting mission critical applications.
• Understand the trading activates and market data feeds from e-markets (i.e. ESpeed, Brokertec, Reuters, Bloomberg, Tradeweb, etc.)
• Knowledge and experience in the IT department of a financial services organization
• Ability to multitask several ongoing issues. Ability to assess priority and make appropriate decisions quickly and effectively.
• Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with the business/traders and provide fixes with ownership/ responsibility for Fixed Income applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Flexible and approachable team-worker
• Working knowledge of Windows OS (Servers/Desktops), Microsoft Office and Citrix
