Job Description • Create relevant and complex MS-Excel spreadsheets and MS-Access Automations to meet the daily account reconciliation and MIS reporting needs in the Back office of the Capital Markets Institutional operations • Provide first-line users support on the content management and workflow based faxing applications such as Oracle IPM, RightFax, Kofax and Optio. • Document user requirement and translate the requirement to design specifications for the Bank’s Capital Market’s IT development and support teams • Formulate action plans, test strategies, test plan, procedural documentation, and provide training and implementation support • Co-ordinate and conduct the system testing with the departments’ operations staff and other Bank’s Capital Market teams
Job Requirements • Business Analysis skill with working knowledge of SDLC and Quality Assurance • Advanced MS-Access and Excel development skill (e.g. VB Scripts, Macros, Forms, Queries) • SQL knowledge
